DanceKids Birthday Parties
DanceKids offers a unique take on birthday parties for kids aged 3-6 and 7-10! Our parties keep both age groups entertained for a whole hour with fun dances and sweet costumes. In all our themes we include environmental or cultural context, which gives the parties some educational depth on top of being heaps of fun.
Age 3-6 Themes
As in our School Programs, we offer a range of theme choices for your child’s birthday. For our younger age group, we have themes such as Under the Sea, where the girls dress as mermaids and the boys as whales as we explore the ocean with games, dancing and your child’s imagination. Age 7-10 Themes
Older children will enjoy our more mature themes such as Disco and Hip-Hop where everyone learns to dance to a song of the birthboy boy or girl’s choosing.
While the themes for older children cleve to the same philosophy that drives us at DanceKids, they have been newly designed by Emma, a qualified dance teacher.
Packages
A DanceKids party goes for one hour and we have plenty of suggestions for how you could tie the party’s theme to the DanceKid’s theme you pick.
Pricing is $220 for a party with up to 18 kids and $260 for a party with more than 18. This covers the cost of bringing an assistant.
Venue
Where ever you would like to throw a party, we’re happy to be there! Ideally the venue will have shaded areas and access to toilet facilities. The ACT Government provides a number of free bookable public recreation areas, including Old Parliament House and the Carillion.
